A partir du moment où on est vivant, il y a de la poésie.”Et justement, la prose de la vie, il en a fait tout un album : “Poems Never End”. Un album presque attrapé au vol lors d’une tournée à New York l’année dernière. Après un premier concert avec cette rythmique new-yorkaise, composée de Joe Martin à la contrebasse et Jongkuk Kim à la batterie, Tony Tixier a passé deux-trois coups de fils, programmé une session pour le lendemain, et voilà . Le disque était né. Et comme à New York, les nouvelles vont vite, quelques invités de marque ont passé une tête et gravé quelques notes, comme le légendaire Mino Cinelu.Ce soir, on a de la chance, Tony Tixier est à Paris pour présenter ce nouveau répertoire sur la scène du 38Riv.
