Coming from the Gypsy community of Eastern France, immersed in jazz since childhood, spotted by major festivals ("Django Reinhardt Festival" in Fontainebleau, "Nancy Jazz Pulsation"), he has made Django Reinhardt's music his own and it is a treat to hear his acoustic playing in the pure Sinti tradition. With a new approach between swing and bebop, his music is always more expressive and dynamic!JB Baudin is one of the most talented accordionists of his generation. Tous les mardis de 20h à 23h, Chez Georges accueille le collectif Alex Swing Events qui propose une programmation variée et de qualité, suivant un répertoire de swing / jazz manouche, la musique de Django Reinhardt et Stéphane Grappelli, la musique des Balkans, voire plus...Chez Georges, c'est un bar à vin très sympathique de la rue des canettes, avec au sous-sol une magnifique cave voûtée, transformée le mardi en cave de jazz acoustique L’un des meilleurs guitaristes de Jazz Manouche en France, Favino Lorier éblouit par son jeu subtil et explosif. Issu de la communauté Manouche de l’Est de la France, baignant dans le jazz depuis l’enfance, repéré par les grands festivals (« Festival Django Reinhardt » à Fontainebleau, « Nancy Jazz Pulsation »), il a fait sienne la musique de Django Reinhardt et c’est un régal d’entendre son jeu acoustique dans la pure tradition Sinti. Fort d'une nouvelle approche entre swing et bebop, sa musique est toujours plus expressive et dynamique !JB Baudin est quant à lui l'un des plus talentueux accordéonistes de sa génération.
