Trained at the Paris Conservatoire, the duo's rich musical interplay sets them apart.Their debut album, ‘Aria’ (2021), features simple yet profound melodies influenced by improvisational jazz, ambient and Japanese minimalism. Using instruments such as prepared piano and synthesizers, they create a unique sonic space, inspired by figures such as Carla and Paul Bley or Ornette Coleman, and explore the relationship between air, breath and music....
