L’une des singularités de la musique de Kobon est de jouer avec le temps commeavec des balles de caoutchouc. Elle joue, et elle jongle. Car ce groupe aimeles superpositions de rythmes, entretenir l’ambiguïté, masquer la pulse,donner des fausses pistes. Ce jeu de cache-cache, les jazzmen l’ont toujourspratiqué mais ici c’est avec des rythmiques impaires qu’ils accomplissentdes prouesses.Il y a des moments de suspension suivis d’accélérations à tombeau ou-vert.
