In this poetic, introspective project, Franco-Brazilian pianist, singer and composer Lisa Robert takes us on a personal musical journey between modern jazz and contemporary Brazilian music. Alongside him, Rayan Besançon on double bass and Guillaume Leguérinel on drums form a subtle rhythm section, both solid and delicate. Trombonist Jolann Koelh completes the ensemble with his lyrical, nuanced playing, bringing depth to the melodies and counterpoint.Lisa Robert brings a singular voice to this project, at the crossroads of traditions and languages: her delicate voice, sensitive piano playing and melodic lines blend sophistication and spontaneity, creating an intimate, poetic and resolutely contemporary universe. An evening offered in partnership with CMDLIn 2000, musicians Didier Lockwood, Benoît Sourisse, André Charlier and director Chantal Charlier, driven by a genuine desire to pass on and defend jazz and improvised music, created this higher education establishment, designed to support young musicians as they enter professional life, and to enable working professionals to develop their careers....
