Lluc Casares atterrit à Paris pour la première fois au 38Riv. Après deux années passées à New York, où il s’est formé auprès de maîtres tels que Wynton Marsalis ou Kenny Washington, le saxophoniste catalan est retourné à Barcelone, sa ville natale, pour y construire une carrière brillante. Il y a enregistré quatre albums en tant que leader, fondé le label The Changes, et dirigé des projets ambitieux comme la Barcelona Art Orchestra.Pour ce concert inédit à Paris, il sera entouré de quelques-uns des meilleurs musiciens de la scène parisienne.
