Neil Saidi is a young French saxophonist born in 1991. Primarily an alto saxophonist, he is also regularly heard on tenor and baritone saxophones. He studied at the CNSM in Paris and the New School for Jazz in New York. Today, he is the artistic director of ZOOT Collectif, which he founded in 2016 with other French musicians of his generation. This collective brings together talented young musicians around their passion for jazz and their desire to propose original artistic creations.A musical introduction followed by an improvised session between established artists and up-and-coming talent, the jam session is a gathering of musicians from all horizons to enjoy a musical exchange. Neil Saidi est un jeune saxophoniste français né en 1991. S’exprimant principalement au saxophone alto, on l’entend aussi régulièrement aux saxophones tenor et baryton. Il a étudié au CNSM de Paris et à la New School for Jazz à New York. Il est aujourd’hui le directeur artistique du ZOOT Collectif, qu’il a fondé en 2016 avec d’autres musiciens français de sa génération. Ce collectif rassemble de jeunes musiciens talentueux autour de leur passion pour le jazz et leur envie de proposer des créations artistiques originales. Introduction musicale suivie d'une session improvisée entre artistes confirmé·e·s et talents de demain, la jam session c’est le rendez-vous de musicien·ne·s de tous horizons pour savourer un échange musical.
