Nono Jazz Quartet (#NonoJazzQuartet) at Sunset-Sunside

Newly created and led by a malagasy (Madagascar) pop star in the 90s, Nono (Roland Rakotondrainibe), #NonoJazzQuartet is a Paris-based #jazz band with an ambition to bring to the world of jazz an unique colorful style: a music based on a blend of malagasy soul music, brazilian bossa swing and the groovy way of playing saxophone 'à la' Michael Brecker.

#NonoJazzQuartet plays great jazz standards such as All blues, Blue in green, 500 miles high, Goodbye pork pie hat, etc... along with Nono's famous pop tubes, re-arranged to fit perfectly with #jazz and his new group style.

On june 7th, #NonoJazzQuartet will be playing its first gig at one of the best parisian jazz club, Sunset Sunside (60 Rue des Ducs de Lombards - Paris)....
