Ioan Streba was born with music in Romania in a violonist family, in 1965. He is now living in France for more than 25 years. He is regularly performing on stage with the greatests jazz artists and recording for their albums : Biréli Lagrène, Angelo Debarre, Stochelo Rosenberg, Didier Lockwood, Thomas Dutronc, etc... D'origine roumaine, Ioan Streba vit en France depuis plus de 25 ans. Il accompagne depuis cette époque les plus grands artistes sur scène et collabore à leurs albums : Biréli Lagrène, Angelo Debarre, Stochelo Rosenberg, Didier Lockwood, Thomas Dutronc, ...Vivant actuellement à Paris, il se produit dans toutes les salles et les festivals d’importance, tant en France qu’à l’étranger et développe ses propres projets et albums.Au Marcounet, ce 14 juillet, Ioan Streba présentera son « Hommage à Django » avec son Quartet Jazz manouche : Fidèle à ses racines et aux grands leaders avec lesquels il collabore depuis ses débuts, Ioan poursuit le développement de cette formation en hommage à l’œuvre de Django Reinhardt et à tout le Jazz manouche.
