Caloé continues to explore Brazilian music... Antonio Carlos Jobim and Elis Régina recorded the album Elis & Tom in 1974, often considered one of the best bossa-nova albums of all time. His pronounced voice has earned him the nicknames of hurricane and little pepper. Like many artists of her time, she often criticized Brazil's dictatorial political regime, but unlike others who had to go into exile, Elis escaped prison thanks to her popularity. Caloé continue son exploration de la musique brésilienne... Antonio Carlos Jobim et Elis Régina ont enregistré en 1974 l’album Elis & Tom, souvent considéré comme l’un des meilleurs albums de bossa-nova de tous les temps. Sa voix au timbre prononcé lui a valu les surnoms d’ouragan et de petit piment. Comme beaucoup d’artistes de son époque, elle a souvent critiqué le régime politique dictatorial du Brésil, mais contrairement à d’autres qui durent s’exiler, Elis échappa à la prison grâce à sa popularité. On continue de profiter de la plage sur les quais, des terrasses, de l’ambiance particulière du mois d’août parisien et on finit sa journée rue des Lombards pour profiter de la chaleur des plages de Rio. Au Baiser Salé, on profite de l'été pour passer des soirées musicales uniques au Festival Estival de Jam. Durant 1 mois et demi, du 22 juillet au 11 septembre, 150 musiciens vont défiler : des plus jeunes aux plus confirmés ! Vous aurez l’occasion d’être épaté par un jeune batteur américain de 15 ans, par des artistes en pleine ascension où des musiciens qui font déjà figure de références. Les thèmes sont accrocheurs et parleront au plus grand nombre : pas besoin d’être musicien pour venir profiter de l’énergie si particulière de ces scènes ouvertes. C’est dans ces moments, qu’on est témoin au vol, d’émotions musicales éphémères et de rencontres imprévisibles.
