Drummer, singer, guitarist, songwriter, Jean-Baptiste Loutte likes to color by overflowing with lines. Born in 1992 into a family of musicians, he evolved in a musical environment from his earliest childhood and preferred the drums as his first instrument. After graduating from the Agostini School in Paris at the age of 18, he entered the CRR in Paris and obtained his DEM in jazz at the age of 25; then continue his apprenticeship by integrating the classical writing class of Jean-Michel Bardez at the Hector Berlioz conservatory for three years.He has been evolving on the Parisian jazz scene for ten years and plays with the best musicians of his generation: in the modern jazz formation “Crafting Quintet”; in the quartet of Julian Leprince-Caetano; he is currently producing the first solo album of his “Gemini” project. His playing on the drums, at the crossroads of all his experiences and musical influences, makes him a very popular accompanist.Sharing their second year of residency with their brothers-in-arms Julian-Leprince Caetano and Mathieu Scala, this is an opportunity for the trio to experience their connection with the most talented musicians and composers....

Batteur, chanteur, guitariste, auteur compositeur, Jean-Baptiste Loutte aime colorier en débordant des traits. Né en 1992 dans une famille de musiciens, il évolue dans un milieu musical dès sa plus tendre enfance et choisit la batterie comme premier instrument. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme de professeur de l'École Agostini de Paris à 18 ans, il entre au CRR de Paris et obtient son DEM de jazz à 25 ans ; puis poursuit son apprentissage en intégrant la classe d’écriture classique de Jean-Michel Bardez au conservatoire Hector Berlioz pendant trois ans.Il évolue sur la scène du jazz parisien depuis une dizaine d’années et joue avec les meilleurs musiciens de sa génération : dans la formation de jazz moderne “Crafting Quintet” ; dans le quartet de Julian Leprince-Caetano ; il réalise actuellement le premier album solo de son projet “Gemini”.
