Jazz, standards"Live in Paris" is the result of three evenings of concerts recorded in February 2023 at the 38Riv Jazz Club, but above all, of the years during which the musicians have come together there.During these years, their level of confidence grew collectively, and the three musicians began to feel less and less constrained by the form in which they found themselves. Their rhythmic and harmonic relationship became more elastic, but also more solid.In antithesis to their respective previous studio albums, the trio pushed to explore new "playgrounds" and projected themselves into different, even contradictory musical horizons.Intense, close listening and attention enabled them to take the time to let ideas develop to their conclusion, without knowing their nature at the outset....

Jazz, standards« Live in Paris » est le résultat de trois soirs de concerts enregistrés en février 2023 au 38Riv Jazz Club, mais par-dessus tout, celui de ces années durant lesquelles les musiciens s’y sont réunis.Durant ces années, leur niveau de confiance s’est vu renforcé collectivement, et les trois musiciens ont commencé à se sentir de moins en moins contraints par la forme dans laquelle ils se trouvaient. Leur relation rythmique et harmonique est devenue plus élastique, mais aussi plus solide.En antithèse avec leurs précédents albums respectifs enregistrés en studio, le trio a poussé à explorer de nouveaux « terrains de jeu » et se sont projetés dans des horizons musicaux différents, voire contradictoires.L'écoute et l’attention intenses et rapprochées leur ont permis de prendre le temps de laisser les idées se développer jusqu'à leur aboutissement, sans en connaitre à l’origine la nature
