Jazz Society of Pensacola, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization celebrating all forms of jazz. It has members not only in the Florida panhandle, but scattered throughout the United States and a few in Canada. Its major outreach is Pensacola JazzFest, a free jazz festival held in historic, downtown Seville Square in early April. Pensacola JazzFest just completed its 24th annual JazzFest.
