About

Saturday Night Jazz returns for a summer series on Woodmere Art Museum's lawn. Enjoy an evening outdoors surrounded by nature and monumental sculptures! Two performances per evening begin at 5 & 7pm.
When Billy Eckstine, Ray Charles, Pearl Bailey, and Sammy Davis Jr. were in Atlantic City, it was THE place to catch not only great Black performers, but to feel the essence of the Black culture. Jazz! R&B! Blues! Soul Power! There were no casinos or much integration, but plenty of great music. Join The Arpeggio Jazz Ensemble and go back to the heyday of Atlantic City Black nightlife with music for everybody at Chicken Bone Beach.
