About
Ari Chersky is a Guitarist/Composer from Oakland, CA.
As a youth he spent the majority of his time playing guitar and enjoying other formative musical happenings.
Following the formula, he relocated to Brooklyn, NY to further pursue these interests.
After some very eventful years (that were musically enlightening if nothing else), he learned the true measure of success and returned home to the Bay Area.
He leads an instrumental trio which plays his original music, blending Jazz and free improvisation with the American Blues and Folk Traditions.
