7:30-10 PM. “Glen Moore and I have been playing music together for over 40 years. We first met in Seattle, Washington in 1964. We started playing bass duets together in the early 1970s. Glen had studied classical piano, so when he brought that sound into our music, he immediately was technically able to articulate the feeling of improvised music…and so besides our bass duets, our musical collaboration also became a piano and bass duo. Later on as our duets developed I also started playing piano, and so another emotional and textural element was added. Today our music has developed over the many years of playing together,,,in terms of the substance, confidence, acceptance of one another and the freedom to take chances.” David Friesen
