Members within this ensemble have played with numerous world-class musicians such as Marcus Printup, Chris Crenshaw, Terrell Stafford, Jimmy Heath, and more. Over 10 of the 16 members have also participated in ABODA’s Arizona All-State Jazz Festival. Together through the music of Duke Ellington and Count Basie, the Spectrum Jazz Ensemble works to create an array of different colors and emotions that create the feeling of spirit and swing.
