Cody Rowlands, a 2010 Jazz in AZ scholarship recipient, is about to begin his 3rd year in New York City at the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. He has performed at Jazz at Lincoln Center with the New York Youth Symphony’s Jazz Band Classic, with Cuban clarinetist- saxophonist Paquito D’Rivera and most recently with singer Ann Hampton Callaway.
