Joe was nominated in the ARTISTS Category for the 40th Annual Arizona Governor's Arts Awards 2021. Dennis Rowland is Joe Bourne’s special guest on this show. Dennis was the vocalist with the Count Basie Orchestra from 1977-83. He is a Concord Jazz Recording Artist and winner of the 2018 Arizona Governor’s Arts Award.
