About
Joey De Francesco returns to the MIM Music Theater with his band, the Vibe. DeFrancesco has played a key role in revitalizing the Hammond B-3 jazz organ on the jazz scene. The Vibe includes Ramon and Tony Banda (drums and bass, respectively), saxophonist Steve Wilkerson, guitarist Steve Cotter, and percussionist Jose “Papo” Rodriquez. The group blends DeFrancesco’s signature sound with Latin rhythms, R&B, and straight-ahead jazz.
