The Phoenix Women Jazz Collective is drawn from among the Valley’s creative jazz players, composers, and arrangers. In this outing they will be performing works by famous as well as lesser-known female composers, including such giants as Mary Lou Williams, Carla Bley, Renee Rosnes, and Roxy Coss.
