Celebrating the Golden Age of Latin Jazz Big Bands
featuring latin/jazz music by Dizzy Gillespie, Mark Levine, Bob Mintzer and others. AJMO is a 17 piece jazz band under the direction of Fred Forney, performing classic and new works for jazz orchestra.
Joe Garcia has performed with Rebeca Mauleon, Luis Conte, Nicholas Payton and others. Joe leads his own band in Phoenix, "Joe Garcia and Friends" and has been honored by KJZZ as Percussionist of the Year.
