About

7:00pm – 9:30pm. The story of Brian Chartrand & The Voce Project starts in 2009 at a small jazz club in Scottsdale called Voce Lounge. The club was known for hosting top-notch jazz performers and touring singers, and was a haven for live music lovers and legendary local residents like George Benson and Steve Gadd who would frequent the club. In a stroke of dumb luck, drummer and club owner Mike Florio saw Chartrand perform a solo acoustic set at a downtown Phoenix club and asked Chartrand if he wanted to be a part of the regular rotation of artists at Voce. Tickets: $25.50–$31.50; mim.org
