Wynton Marsalis and Lewis Nash All-Stars at

Wynton Marsalis and the Lewis Nash All-Stars will perform at 7 p.m. April 11 in a fund-raising benefit for the new Lewis Nash Jazz in AZ Education and Performance Center and for the Musical Instrument Museum, both in Phoenix, AZ.
The event features a pre-concert cocktail party and a post-concert reception with the musicians. The all-stars are Terrell Stafford-trumpet, Jimmy Greene-sax, Renee Rosnes-piano and Peter Washington-bass.
The Nash center is named for the Phoenix-born drummer who has become a world-renowned musician. Educational and performance programs at The Nash will include mainstream jazz and new music; performance by student musicians, local pros and touring artists, jazz after hours; and educational programs ranging from one-on-one private lessons to combo labs, workshops, clinics and master classes, guided listening, jazz in film, jazz camp and more....
