NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE DAY CELEBRATION. Larry Redhouse is a member of the Navajo Nation, a jazz pianist, composer and bandleader. He has performed locally, nationally and internationally: the Grenoble Jazz Festival-Grenoble France, The Kennedy Center Jazz Club, The Smithsonian Museum for the American Indian- Washington DC, and The Steinway Peace Piano Concert. Mr. Redhouse has opened for such greats as Chick Corea, Terrance Blanchard, Donald Harrison and Rick Braun. Larry is also a Northern Traditional Dancer, plays the Cedar Flute and is active in Native American Cultural Events.
