7:30pm – 10:00pm; Ioannis Goudelis – piano, Chris Burton Jacome – guitar, Adrian Goldenthal – bass, Emerson Laffey – drums/percussion. The Flamenco Jazz Project is a World premier event in Arizona. It is a collaboration between Arizona’s finest jazz and flamenco musicians. Their goal is to bring the together the melodies and rhythms of the music of the Gypsies of Andalucia Spain and the improvisation of Jazz. These styles have much in common and fuse wonderfully.
