Recently, they’ve raised $25,000 to establish the Joe Temperley Juilliard Student Scholarship Fund and tribute album in honor of their late great saxophone mentor. On Saturday, April 16th at the Nash, Anderson will pay tribute to the legendary clarinetist and bandleader Benny Goodman. The show will feature Arizona’s own guitarist Howard Alden, who is internationally renowned as one of the world’s leading interpreters of jazz and the Great American Songbook.
