A Tribute to Sheila Jordan and Jay Clayton at Vermont Jazz Center

The Vermont Jazz Center presents a scholarship fundraising concert featuring a dozen vocalists who have studied the Great American Songbook in its summer vocal workshop over the past 15 years, under the guidance of the masterful Sheila Jordan and Jay Clayton.

Jill Connolly MCs the event and performs. The singers range from high school through college through adult, & include several professionals, performing classic swing and bossa nova tunes and even some bebop!

A professional rhythm section featuring Eugene Uman accompanies.
