7:00 PM - "Latin Street Style" Salsa Dance Lessons included with your cover - Recognized nationally, Julana Torres' unique teaching style will inspire you to dance "All Night Long". No partner and no experience necessary.

8:00 PM - Guest vocalist Karla Harris will join Julana Torres and Bobby's Ensemble for the evening.

Bobby’s Ensemble will perform featuring those driving Latin polyrhythms, tasty piano licks, synco-pulsating Latin bass, and three fat horns. For the late night crowd without reservations, some seating does open up after 10:00 pm. Down Beat Magazine calls Jimmy Mak's "One of the world's top 100 places to hear jazz."
