The Legacy Big Band will be joined by our friend Claudia Knauer on vocals to recreate the sound generated by the Basie Band's partnership with Diane Schurr in the early 80's.
The Legacy Big Band's main goal is to bring back into focus some of the best writing ever done for big band jazz. This night will be filled with the great sounds of Basie and Billy Byers and more. You add in the exciting vocals of Claudia Knauer and you have the perfect evening to dance to or just sit and enjoy.
