Disjecta Gallery

The Rob Scheps 16 Piece Big Band performs twice monthly playing a wide repertoire - from Strayhorn & Coltrane to Billy Cobham and Gil Evans and new originals.Soloists include Paul Mazzio and Greg Garrett (trumpet) Stan Bock (trombone), Sid Bos (piano), Scott Hall (sax), Dave Captein (bass) and Alan Jones (drums). Frequent guest artists such as Jim Knapp, Jay Thomas and Todd Strait appear with the band.

Disjecta has also been hosting avant garde jazz with Rob Blakeslee and Jonas Tauber, among others. They are also a full time gallery space with art changing monthly;theatre shows and rock bands also perform. Importantly, Disjecta is an all ages venue with no smoking!
