Singer and guitarist Liz Longley makes a return appearance at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, having performed to a sold-out house last May. A recent graduate of Berklee College of Music, Longley was awarded the 2010 BMI John Lennon Scholarship, the 2010 Grand Prize International Acoustic Music Award (among 9,000 entries), and appeared at the prestigious Newport and Rocky Mountain Folk Festivals. She tours throughout the East Coast and has opened for such acclaimed artists as Paula Cole, Jonathan Edwards, and Livingston Taylor.
