Performing with Peter will be the fabulous Cassandre McKinley, a multi-genre vocalist who ranges from Jazz to Soul, to Blues, R&B, Pop and Country. She is also a composer, arranger, and Berklee professor. We are delighted that Cassandre is making this return visit to The Press Room after her incredible sell- out shows here last year.
On drums and percussion will be Grammy-winning artist, Mark Walker, who has traveled throughout the world performing and recording with some of the greatest jazz artists of our time including Arturo Sandoval, Paquito D’Rivera, Randy Becker, and many others. He also teaches at Berklee.
Adding the bass notes to the evening will be Ian Ashby, who grew up in a family of musicians and has performed and/or recorded with the Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra, Badi Assad, Danilo Perez, The New York Voices, the Manhattan Transfer, and more.
Guitarist, Kevin Scollins, will round out the band. Awarded the prestigious “Jimi Hendrix Scholarship” at Berklee, Kevin has since worked with artists including Sean Jones, Wycliffe Gordan, Marshall Gilkes, Peter Eldridge, and Marlon Saunders, among others.
NOTE: Two Shows Offered.
