Tommy Gallant Jazz Festival at Prescott Park

More than 35 years ago, the first annual jazz festival in Portsmouth, NH, was held. This year's festival is the 25th Anniversary of the it named for the legendary local pianist, computer, and educator, Tommy Gallant. The festival isnsponsored by the Seacoast Jazz Society each year, This year, in partnership with the Prescott Park Arts Festival, it will showcase 7 jazz groups will regional and national prominence. It will be held Sunday, August 29, from Noon to 9 pm at Prescott Park in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Free but suggested donation: $8/person
