While great care and special attention is given to all professional level instruments, we find that it is equally important that all student musicians have the same opportunities to play instruments that function at the top of their capabilities. Too many beginners are discouraged from learning a musical instrument due to frustrations with an instrument that is not working properly due to any number of reasons.

Along with general repair and maintenance services we are also able to do a number of customizations or fabrication of keys that may have been lost or needs alteration to accommodate the player. At Maine Winds we use top quality pads with many different choices of leather and resonators.
