Award winning Saxophonist and creator of the Charles River Jazz Fest Seba Molnar is bringing his band back to Blue in Portland ME.

Seba Molnar is an award-winning saxophonist based in Boston Massachusetts. Molnar is a Berklee College of Music alumni and has made a name for himself as an in-demand saxophonist, both as a side man and leading his own groups. He has played and recorded with Grammy-nominated artists Patrice Rushen and Debo Ray as well as jazz legend George Garzone, Mighty Mystic, Java Jukebox, Kat Wright, and many more.

Though his music is heavily rooted in jazz, Molnar’s curiosity for new sounds and innovation has enabled him to create a wide array of music that transcends genre. In addition to his musical talents, Molnar is also the founder and creative director for the Charles River Jazz Festival in Boston and the nonprofit Boston Jazz Foundation.
