When a world jazz icon joins a consecrated singer and pianist and together they play with an orchestra the result we have can only be magnificent and special!
Benny Golson brings us all those themes that have eternalized his career and his Jazztet - One of the iconic formations that helped write the history of jazz.
This is a special night, and it will be revisited themes of Benny Golson with original arrangements of the time, some dating back to 1959 and kindly given by trumpeter Jon Faddis, among them Killer Joe, I Remenber Clifford, Along came Betty or even Whisper Not.
The magic voice of Dena DeRose will interpret some standards that complete the repertoire of this special night.
