One of the most successful czech jazz ensemble under the direction of its longtime founder, bandleader, clarinetist, composer, arranger and diplomat Pavel Smetáček. The band, which recorded with a lot of top czech and foreign soloists and is considered for the best, what in traditional czech jazz exists, since 1959.
