Laszlo Gardony - Solo Piano at Falmouth Jazz at West Falmouth Library

This jazz concert is a celebration of Mr. Gardony’s new live CD, La Marseillaise (Sunnyside Records). He will perform new compositions, his own arrangements of standards, a classic Italian song, a re-imagination of an iconic French revolutionary song and spontaneously created pieces. Mr. Gardony is hailed by JazzTimes as "one of contemporary music's truly original voices".

The concert is one of a series of jazz programs co-sponsored by Falmouth Jazz and the West Falmouth Library to support restoration of the Library’s 100 year old Knabe grand piano.
