Vocalist, pianist, and songwriter Karrin Allyson is a five-time Grammy-award nominee, originally from the Midwest and currently based in NYC. Throughout her live performances and her 15 CDs, Karrin's talent runs the musical gamut from French chansons to Brazilian jazz, from blues to pop, and from Coltrane to Rodgers & Hammerstein. Allyson has specially hand-picked a selection of her own original songs (and a few new ones too!) for “this sweet and soulful venue,” as she describes the Bach.
