Mentored by John Coltrane and having performed with jazz greats including Miles Davis, Elvin Jones, and Buddy Rich, Philly native Sonny Fortune has become a legend in his own right. Sonny embodies all of the finest qualities of those late, great musicians playing with a boundless spirit and potent improvisational energy.
