Vince has been a fixture on the San Francisco jazz scene since he arrived in the mid-1960s, including work with Cal Tjader and Vince Guaraldi, and also toured with Stan Getz and Woody Herman. For years, he ran the house band at Jazz at Pearls. Vince's trio leads a jam session on the last Sunday of each month at Bird & Beckett as well as holding down this monthly third Thursdays residency.
