Jayme Stone has been dubbed “The Yo-Yo Ma of the banjo…” and his two Juno awards commend his unique melding of folk, jazz and chamber music. The Lomax Project, led by Stone, began with his 2015 album of the same name. This collaborative project focuses on the precious treasure chest of songs and musical pieces collected by folklorist and field recording legend Alan Lomax.
