The Charlotte County Jazz Society presents the Les Elgart Orchestra on December 8, 2025, at 7:00 at The Charlotte Performing Arts Center (CPAC), 701 Carmalita St, Punta Gorda.

The Les Elgart Orchestra is one of the few remaining famous big bands from the 1950s and 1960s that is still in demand. Their popularity gained them their tagline “The Band with THAT Sound!”
At prestigious venues like The Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, The Savoy Hotel in London, The Everglades Cub in Palm Beach and The Rainbow Room in New York City, they have delighted audiences worldwide.

Charlotte County Jazz Society members are free, and the public is welcome for $25 per ticket, payable at the door, cash or check only. You can also purchase tickets and memberships online at our website at: cc-jazz.org. Students are free.
