Veteran bassist Jeff Johnson has a long and impressive recording and performance resume that includes sizeable impact in the trio format. Johnson has graced the trios of such notables as Jessica Williams and Chano Dominguez, while being a huge element in the groundbreaking rubato trio of piano genius, Hal Galper. Drummer D'Vonne Lewis is a fourth generation Seattle musician, and the grandson of the great Seattle innovator, Dave Lewis. His style is a perfect match for this trio, never overplaying while adding precise and articulate magic to the proceedings.
