Pianist/composer Danny Green and his trio – featuring bassist Justin Grinnell and drummer Julien Cantelm – continue a nine-city tour to celebrate the release of their new album Altered Narratives on Friday, March 18 at Tula's Restaurant and Jazz Club in Seattle. They’ll be joined by special guest saxophonist Anton Schwartz.

A rising creative force on the Southern California jazz scene, Danny Green has distinguished himself with his beautifully articulated touch and deep affinity for Brazilian music. On his fourth album Altered Narratives (to be released March 18, 2016 on OA2 Records), Green’s stellar trio explores a panoply of moods and grooves, sublimating Brazilian influences in favor of blues, swing and European classical influences.
