'St. Annie' is the ferocious solo debut of Sad Face guitarist/songwriter Nick Nihil. Through dream logic, the album unfolds a tale of the destructive nature of the ego. Featuring Tim Mendonsa (Sad Face), Neil Welch (Bad Luck, Tables & Chairs record label), Chris Icasiano (Bad Luck, Tables and Chairs), Nihil combines experimental jazz, noise, and rock into an ambitious and fevered work. Guest appearances by Mary Lambert (Seattle Poetry Slam Champion), and Kelly Young.
