The Steve Griggs Ensemble's Songs of Unsung Seattle is a jazz residency consisting of a series of performances.

The Ensemble performs "Panama Hotel Jazz," which narrates Seattle's history of immigration, discrimination and the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II.
