About

The innovative string ensemble Scrape will perform music by Jim Knapp and Brian Chin. The Universal Language Project has commissioned Knapp and Chin to create a new sound for Scrape featuring soprano soloist Chérie Hughes.

Scrape is a conductor-less string ensemble performing the works of Jim Knapp and various guest composers. Our instrumentation is 15 bowed strings, with harp and electric guitar.
