Full Fathom Five (+1) is a collaborative monster formed in the summer of 2015, a brass and wind adventure organized by Jessica Lurie (tenor and alto sax, flute, vox), with all-star horn section Kate Olson (soprano sax and effects), Naomi Siegel (trombone and effects) and Skerik Skerik (baritone sax), and phenoms Evan Flory-Barnes (upright bass) and D'Vonne Lewis (drums) holding down the rhythm. The group dives deep in rich improvisations and complex compositions, showcasing all of the members adventurous spirit, their deft skills and well-honed technique. Full Fathom Five (+1) will perform following The Tiptons Sax Quartet.
